Twelfth Night is the joy and delight of many slash fans because Duke Orsino (played here by a young Toby Stephens) has feelings of amused protectiveness towards his page Cesario (who is a woman in disguise). The play can be read positively (oh, the frissons of bisexuality) or negatively (heteronormativity triumphs in the end). But there may be additional frissons for Black Sails fans.
